Celebrating Our Interconnectedness - Conference Call

Date:
Wednesday, December 12, 2012 - 12:00pm

Description:
12-12-12 is being celebrated internationally as the "world day of interconnectedness", an important idea that needs to take front stage in order to truly address the challenges of our time.  In honor of this, we will host a webinar to dive deep into the experience and meaning of this, from many perspectives: psychological, sociological, scientific and spiritual. We will talk about some of the ways Transition and other movements are nurturing a greater connectedness and look at some common issues that occur that make us feel disconnected--and ways we might shift them.  We will have some time to meditate, reflect and share together our perspectives on the healing of our community and fostering connection.

Julia Bystrova has been leading Heart and Soul (Inner Transition) groups and projects for several years. She has a private practice as a mind-body counselor and bodyworker in Sebastopol CA. Julia is an ordained Interfaith minister and has a MA in Science, Philiosophy and Spirituality. She has been immersed in the Transition movement in many ways, but has been oriented towards understanding the nature of the psycho-spiritual or consciousness changes of the times we are in.
