Deborah Stinson was drawn to become involved in the formation of Local 2020 at its outset 5 years ago, soon after having moved to Port Townsend  from Seattle, WA.   She facilitates the Local 2020 council monthly meetings.    She is active on a number of the L2020 Action Groups, while taking a primary leadership role with the Emergency Preparedness Action Group.  She works quite closely with public officials/employees of the Jefferson County Dept. of Emergency Management.
