Partners, Funders, Sponsors, and Current Collaborations

Why Collaborate?

There is an urgent need to build solutions that address the problems resource depletion, climate change and economic vulnerability. We have to equip people and communities with the appropriate skills and knowledge that will enable them to make the transition to a sustainable future. Transition US is doing all it can to provide this support, but it is clearly not possible for this single organization to do it all.

Complex issues are best resolved through collaboration. In partnership, we join together to make our work stronger and more effective by sharing ideas and resources, building consensus, and collaboratively planning towards common goals and objectives. We cannot do it alone, but together we can make a difference.

Transition US is interested in partnering with organizations and people that are focused on creating positive solutions that address peak oil and climate change, whilst building environmental and socio-economic justice. We want to partner with organizations that are committed to creating change on an outer community level, and with those that are working to enable inner change, such as those involved in wellbeing, spirituality, health and happiness.

Strategic Partners

Transition Network Ltd Post Carbon Institute

Transition US has been very happy to receive initial funding from the Post Carbon Institute and a private investor. We are now seeking further funding so that we can build additional training resources and support services across the US. Please contact us for further information.

We depend on your financial support. Without your help we would not be able to continue our work to support the growth of the Transition movement across the States. Please consider donating, at any level you can afford. All contributions are gratefully received.

All donations to Transition US, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization, are tax-deductible.

An organization or individual may support events or activities of Transition US financially or through the provision of products or services, for example, by supplying venue or audio-video facilities at an event such as the annual conference. Sponsorship can provide the sponsor with an opportunity to reach a large number of people through the visible recognition of their support on the Transition US web site, newsletters and other promotional materials.

Please contact us for more information.
